Step 1- Visit Orange and Rockland Homepage
Step 2 - Click on the gray "My Account" tab at the top of the screen
Step 3 - Enter your account number
Step 4 - After you have entered your account number then click on the blue "View Billing History" tab on the left side of the screen
Step 5 - From there you will be able to access your usage which can be seen as either kilowatt hours or kWh
Step 6 - Save or take a screenshot of your bill and send to your solar consultant before your scheduled appointment
New York - Con-Edison
Step 1- Call 1-800-75-CONED (1-800-752-6633)
Step 2 - Press 1 for English
Step 3 - Press 6 for "All Other Questions"
Step 4 - A customer service representative will answer the line. Please give them your name and account number and tell them that you would like to have your last 12 months of kilowatt usage, broken down by month, e-mailed to you.
Step 5 - Save or take a screenshot of your bill and send to your solar consultant before your scheduled appointment
New York - Central Hudson
In order to retrieve the usage online, you must first register for access to "Your Account"
Step 1 - Log in to your account at www.centralhudson.com
Step 2 - On the left side of the screen, click Billing History
Step 3 - Click File, Save As and save to your desktop
Step 4 - Attach file to a reply to this email and send
*You can also call Central Hudson at (845) 452-2700, press 0 to speak with a representative and request the 12 month usage history over the phone*
New York - PSEG - Long Island
In order to retrieve the usage online, you must first register for access to "Your Account"
Step 1 - Visit the PSEG Long Island website by clicking here
Step 2 – Log on to your online account using an existing username and password
Step 3 – Click on the “View my Bills” section
Step 4 – You should be able to access your most recent bill, which has a graph showing the last 12 months of usage on page 2
Step 5 - Save or take a screenshot of your bill and send to your solar consultant before your scheduled appointment
Step 6 - Alternatively, you can request this information from PSEG Long Island directly by calling 800-490-0025. They can email, fax or mail you your usage history directly
